If you would like to place a custom order please contact us via email. Please include any inspirations pictures and details eg. (names and dates).

All custom orders will require a $20 deposit. Once your deposit is paid, we will send you mock-up designs for your approval.

Please allow 14 days production time for custom orders.

We do not offer refunds or returns on our products.

Please contact us immediately via email you wish to cancel your order. A 10% transaction fee will be charged.

If an order has already been made a cancellation fee will incur on top of the 10% transaction fee.

Please check all orders carefully upon checkout, if you notice an error after placing your order please email us immediately. A fee will incur if any products need to be remade.

In the event the error is caused by us, or is damaged in transit. Please email us immediately upon receiving your order and we will offer a replacement or refund. 

The grain and colour of wood may vary, this is not a fault. Each individual sheet is unique and reflects the natural beauty of the wood.

Our production time is 7-10 business days, this excludes weekends and public holidays. Production time does not include shipping.

If you require a product urgently, please send us an email and we will try our best to accommodate you.

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post. Please check their website for postage timeframes.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is complete.

Express shipping is available upon checkout. This only applies to your shipping timeframe and does not change production time.

Free shipping on orders over $100.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to refund you the difference for any missed or forgotten discount codes.

Excludes Cheeseboards and Knives

All wooden products are made out of ply wood. The grain and colour of wood may vary, this is not a fault. Each individual sheet is unique and reflects the natural beauty of the wood.

Please handle all acrylic products with care as they are fragile.

Please only clean acrylic surfaces with a clean microfibre cloth, can be dampened. Do not use any cleaning products as this will damage the acrylic.

Avoid excess moisture, keep your products away from humidifiers and vapourisers.

Some of our products may contain small pieces or pieces that can be a choking a hazard. Please watch your little ones carefully at all times and never leave them unattended with these products.
